Lurdy House is one of Budapest’s best-known and most versatile shopping, office and event centres. It features a constantly renewed interior and currently welcomes visitors and employees alike with nearly 100 shops, restaurants offering Hungarian and international cuisine, and a conference centre offering a variety of events.
The fact that a building complex can be a shopping centre, an office centre and a conference centre at the same time is unique from a commercial leasing perspective. The average number of visitors to the shopping centre exceeds the average number of people working there, with almost 2,000 people a day shopping and doing business here. Our events centre hosts events on weekdays and weekends, from small-scale to large-scale events attracting thousands of people.
Accessibility
We are unique in having both surface and underground car parks, which are constantly being upgraded to meet growing demand. 1220 parking spaces are available, of which 560 are in the underground car park and 660 in the surface car park. The building is also easily accessible by public transport, with tram No. 1, bus No. 281, tram No. 51 and other tram and bus lines stopping in front of the building and providing direct access to the city centre.
Good value for money and flexible designs
With around 30,000 m² of space in our shopping centre, we can flexibly adapt to tenants’ needs, from small premises of 30 m² to large premises of up to around 1,000 m². We are also constantly improving the common areas of the shopping and office centre, so that visitors and employees can spend their time in a modern, pleasant environment. We also place a strong emphasis on energy improvements and sustainability, for example our solar panel system on the roof of the building.
