The fact that a complex of buildings can accommodate a shopping centre, an office centre and a conference centre is unique from a leasing perspective. The average number of visitors to the shopping centre exceeds the average number of employees, with nearly 2,000 people working here every day. We also place a strong emphasis on energy improvements and sustainability, for example our solar panel system on the building’s roof.
