Sustainability at Lurdy Ház
Lurdy Ház is one of Budapest’s leading mixed-use retail, office and event centres, operating since 1998 across nearly 95,000 m² of floor space. In 2025, we published our first sustainability report, providing a comprehensive overview of our environmental, social and governance performance.
The report was prepared in accordance with the VSME (Voluntary reporting standard for SMEs) framework, a guideline aligned with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards and tailored to the operations of small and medium-sized enterprises.
In March 2026, we obtained the BREEAM In-Use “Very Good” international green building certification, confirming that Lurdy Ház operates in an energy-efficient, environmentally conscious and sustainable manner.
In addition, we hold the Access4you Silver accessibility certification, a Superbrands award, and both family-friendly and dog-friendly accreditations.
We are committed to managing the environmental impact of our operations — from energy consumption and waste management to water use — in a transparent way, and to reporting on our progress annually. The sustainability report is available for download at the link below:
