The Lurdy Ház Parking System Transition Is Underway

The introduction of the new license plate recognition-based, paperless parking system at Lurdy Ház is currently underway. The new system is designed to make parking and parking fee payment faster, simpler, and more convenient for all visitors.

How does the new parking system work?

When entering the parking area, the system automatically recognizes your vehicle’s license plate, so in most cases there is no need to take a parking ticket.

Before leaving, simply enter your vehicle’s license plate number without spaces (for example: ABC123 or ABCD123) at the parking payment terminal. The displayed parking fee can then be paid by credit/debit card or cash.

Once the parking fee has been paid, the system automatically verifies the payment, allowing for a quick and seamless exit.

Assistance at the payment terminals

If you need assistance during the payment process, please press the Information button on the parking payment terminal. Our security staff will be happy to assist you on site.

What happens if the system cannot recognize my license plate?

In rare cases, the entry system may not be able to recognize a vehicle’s license plate automatically. If this happens, the traditional ticket-based parking process remains available.

In this case:

• take a parking ticket when entering the parking area;
• pay the parking fee using the barcode printed on the ticket at the payment terminal or through the Lurdy App.

The implementation of the new parking system is ongoing, so minor delays or temporary inconveniences may occur during the transition period.
