Hundreds of Ornamental Birds Coming to Lurdy Ház

The 23rd Pannónia Cup International Ornamental Bird Exhibition and Hungarian Championship will take place at the Lurdy Conference and Event Centre on October 23–25. Over three days, visitors can see parrots, canaries, finches and other ornamental birds up close.

Breeders spend months preparing their birds for the competition, bringing them in top condition and with their plumage at its best. During the Hungarian Championship, expert judges assess the birds’ appearance and how closely they meet the standards for their breed.

Visitors interested in keeping, feeding or breeding birds can also put their questions to the breeders. The exhibition is a chance for families, photographers and anyone curious about these colourful birds to take a closer look.
