From today, a new licence plate recognition parking system is in operation in the Lurdy Ház car park.
Thanks to this new solution, in most cases there is no need for a physical parking ticket: when you enter, the system automatically recognises your vehicle’s licence plate, making parking faster and easier.

How does it work?

Before leaving, simply enter your vehicle’s licence plate number (without spaces) at the payment machine, then pay the parking fee in cash, by bank card or via the Lurdy App.
Once payment has been verified, the barrier will lift automatically – there is no need to present a parking ticket.

If the system does not recognise your licence plate

In some cases the system may not be able to read a licence plate automatically. In these situations you can still use the car park in the usual way: by taking a parking ticket, and paying at the machine using the barcode printed on the ticket.

Parking fees

With the introduction of the new parking system, parking fees have also been updated.

• Surface car park: once per day, the first 60 minutes are free of charge, after that the fee is 450 HUF per started hour.

• Underground car park: the first 30 minutes are free of charge, after that the fee is 500 HUF per started hour.

You can pay the parking fee in cash, by bank card or online via the Lurdy App.
