Europe’s largest LEGO® brick exhibition returns to Lurdy Ház
One of Europe’s largest exhibitions of LEGO® brick models is returning to Lurdy Ház – this time in an even more spectacular form. Running from 18 June to 13 September 2026, the exhibition invites visitors into a world built from nearly 10 million LEGO® elements, packed with interactive experiences and family programmes that will last all summer.
2000 m², more than 150 models, 10 million bricks
In the approximately 2,000 m² exhibition space, visitors can admire more than 150 models and numerous life‑size figures. All of them are premiere builds, larger and more detailed than in any previous Budapest edition of the exhibition. According to the organisers, this year’s show is “better, bigger and more exciting in every respect than any of the previous editions”.
5 spectacular super‑models
The exhibition’s five highlight super‑models await visitors in dedicated zones, including:
-
a TRICERATOPS dinosaur, 4 metres long and 2.20 metres high, built from 700,000 bricks
-
an iconic 4.2‑metre‑tall replica of the Empire State Building
-
the world’s largest LEGO® coral reef, spanning about 25 m² with colourful marine life
-
a 1:1 scale FIAT 125P built from approximately 450,000 elements
-
and Santa’s gift‑laden sleigh, which visitors can actually sit in and use as a fun photo spot.
Themed zones from Star Wars™ to film classics
The exhibition features a wide range of themed zones, offering engaging experiences for everyone from young children to adult fans.
-
In the Star Wars™ zone, visitors can see, among others, an impressive replica of the Snow Spider™ vehicle built from 40,000 bricks.
-
In the world of fairy tales, Disney® characters, Bluey, the two‑storey Paw Patrol™ tower and Shaun the Sheep come to life.
-
The movie zone brings to life Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles®, Godzilla vs. Kong, Jurassic Park™ and other film classics, alongside iconic architectural models such as the Pyramids of Giza, the Burj Al Arab hotel, the Petronas Twin Towers, the Eiffel Tower and The Shard skyscraper.
-
The Brick Safari and Underwater Ocean World zones showcase life‑size animals and a monumental LEGO® coral reef, while the Human Body zone presents ancient busts and vertebrate models.
The exhibition is completed by LEGO® “paintings”, a play area and interactive models enhanced with light and sound effects.
FUN ZONE – where everyone can build
The LEGO® brick exhibition is not only about spectacular models, but also about hands‑on creativity. A key part of the experience is the FUN ZONE play area, where different sections allow everyone to try creative building – either by following set instructions or by building freely. This is the space where children, parents, grandparents and adult LEGO® fans can build together, experiment and bring their own ideas to life.
