Bitcoin ATM
The Bitcoin or cryptocurrency ATM, located on the ground floor behind the escalator (opposite the OTP ATM), is a physical machine that allows users to buy or sell cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, using cash. These ATMs function similarly to traditional bank ATMs but are specifically designed for cryptocurrency transactions. They are equipped with a display, touchscreen, QR code scanner, and cash handling module.
How to Buy Cryptocurrency at the Bitcoin ATM:
- Select your cryptocurrency: The main screen shows logos of all currently available cryptocurrencies.
- Scan your wallet’s QR code: Hold the QR code in front of the camera located below the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Check the current exchange rate: The displayed rate includes exchange fees. Additional miner fees may apply, clearly shown on the ATM screen.
- Enter coupon code (optional): If you have a coupon code, enter it now to see the discount applied.
- Insert cash: Place banknotes into the cash acceptor slot located beneath the screen on the right side, indicated by a flashing blue light.
- Finalize your transaction: Press “Finish” once you’ve inserted the desired amount. The ATM displays the exact cryptocurrency amount you’ll receive based on the current exchange rate.
- Coins are sent promptly: Typically within a few seconds. You can track your transaction status on the respective blockchain.

How to Sell Cryptocurrency at the Bitcoin ATM:
- Select your cryptocurrency: The main screen shows logos of cryptocurrencies currently available for trading.
- Press “Sell”: If the “Sell” button appears, the cryptocurrency can be sold via the ATM. If only the “Buy” button is visible, selling is currently unavailable at the ATM. In this case, we recommend using our online service, where you can sell major cryptocurrencies, typically receiving payment by bank transfer the same business day.
- Set the amount to sell: The ATM displays the current rate and specifies the exact amount you need to send. Ensure you send precisely this amount—any discrepancy, even minor, results in a failed transaction.
- Start the transaction: After pressing “Sell,” you have 15 minutes to send the exact cryptocurrency amount. Transactions initiated after 15 minutes will fail, and your cryptocurrency will remain unclaimed. You will receive an SMS notification if the transaction is canceled.
- Enter your phone number (optional but recommended): Provide a contact number to receive notifications or in case assistance is needed.
- Scan and send cryptocurrency: Scan the QR code printed on the receipt using your wallet and send the EXACT amount shown. Avoid discrepancies, as even minor differences can lead to transaction failure.
- Collect your cash: Once the transaction has received at least one blockchain confirmation (typically around 15 minutes, depending on the cryptocurrency), you’ll be notified via SMS (if provided).
- Redeem your receipt: Choose the sold cryptocurrency on the screen and press “Redeem Receipt.” Scan the QR code on the receipt using the camera below the screen’s bottom right corner.
