📍 Located on the ground floor behind the escalator, opposite the OTP ATM.
The Bitcoin (or cryptocurrency) ATM is a physical device that allows users to buy or sell cryptocurrency using cash – most commonly Bitcoin. These machines function similarly to traditional ATMs but are specifically designed for crypto transactions. They feature a display, touchscreen, QR code scanner, and a bill acceptor/dispenser.

💰 How to Sell Cryptocurrency Using the ATM
-
Select the cryptocurrency you wish to sell – available options are shown on the home screen.
-
If available, tap “Sell” – if the “Sell” option is missing, selling that currency isn’t currently supported by the ATM. In this case, you can use our online platform, where we accept a wide range of cryptocurrencies and offer bank transfers within business hours.
-
Set the amount you want to sell – the ATM will calculate how much crypto you need to send based on the current exchange rate.
🔺 Important: Send exactly the amount displayed. Even minor differences (due to network fees) will cause the transaction to fail. -
Tap “Sell” to lock in the rate – you now have 15 minutes to complete the transaction. If no crypto is received within this time, the process is cancelled and an SMS is sent.
-
Enter your phone number – this is optional but recommended for receiving status updates or help in case of issues.
-
Scan the QR code printed on your receipt and send the exact amount of cryptocurrency to the wallet address provided.
⚠️ Make sure transaction fees are not deducted from the amount – you must send the exact total shown. -
Once the transaction receives at least one confirmation, your cash will be available. You’ll also receive an SMS if you provided your number.
⏱ On average, Bitcoin confirmations take about 15 minutes but may vary depending on the selected fee. For faster confirmation, consider using a priority fee. -
Redeem your voucher: Select the crypto you sold, tap Redeem Voucher, and scan the QR code from your receipt using the camera (bottom right of the screen).
-
Collect your cash – banknotes will be dispensed from the slot below the screen on the left.
