The Credit Online AAA rating is one of the highest professional recognitions of financial stability and reliability.
In 2024, Lurdy-Ház Kft. received this certification, confirming that our company operates with outstanding financial foundations, transparent practices, and minimal business risk—serving our partners and tenants with long-term security.
Only 1% of Hungarian enterprises qualify for this rating. The evaluation is based on a methodology developed in line with both domestic and international financial and accounting standards, relying on extensive data analysis. Credit Control is a member of the Federation of Business Information Services, the global association of business information providers.

In 2024, Lurdy-Ház Kft. was awarded the Clean Advantage® certification, a credible reflection of our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
As a program participant, we actively reduce our carbon footprint by offsetting the CO₂ emissions calculated from our fleet’s fuel consumption through industry-recognized carbon neutralization projects—locally, across Europe, and around the world.
