The new system is designed to make parking and parking fee payment faster, simpler, and more convenient for all visitors.\r\n<h2>How does the new parking system work?<\/h2>\r\nWhen entering the parking area, the system automatically recognizes your vehicle's license plate, so in most cases there is no need to take a parking ticket.\r\n\r\nBefore leaving, simply enter your vehicle's license plate number <strong>without spaces<\/strong> (for example: <strong>ABC123<\/strong> or <strong>ABCD123<\/strong>) at the parking payment terminal. The displayed parking fee can then be paid by <strong>credit\/debit card or cash<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nOnce the parking fee has been paid, the system automatically verifies the payment, allowing for a quick and seamless exit.\r\n<h2>Assistance at the payment terminals<\/h2>\r\nIf you need assistance during the payment process, please press the <strong>Information<\/strong> button on the parking payment terminal. Our security staff will be happy to assist you on site.\r\n<h2>What happens if the system cannot recognize my license plate?<\/h2>\r\nIn rare cases, the entry system may not be able to recognize a vehicle's license plate automatically. If this happens, the traditional ticket-based parking process remains available.\r\n\r\nIn this case:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>take a parking ticket when entering the parking area;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>pay the parking fee using the barcode printed on the ticket at the payment terminal or through the <strong>Lurdy App<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>The transition is currently in progress<\/h2>\r\nThe implementation of the new parking system is ongoing, so minor delays or temporary inconveniences may occur during the transition period.\r\n\r\n<strong>We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding during this time.
